Order Processing

Because many of our products are personalized and made specifically for you, orders may require additional processing time. Production begins after your order details and any required artwork or customization information have been confirmed.


Processing times may vary depending on the product, quantity, design requirements, and order volume.


If your order is needed by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your timeline, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Custom Orders

Personalized products are created according to the information and specifications provided by the customer. Please carefully review names, wording, dates, colors, sizes, and other customization details before approving your order.


Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Shipping

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process or communicated with you before your order is finalized.


Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Pickup instructions, location, and available pickup times will be provided with the order confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Purple Dragonfly Design LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your custom creation. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was approved, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.


We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
